We do hope you can join the Pet Alliance in Brussels at its pet-friendly networking event to celebrate #PetPower in the EU. Coinciding with both World Animal Day and progress in EU Animal Welfare legislation, we are delighted to welcome Mitja Sedlbauer, Policy Officer at DG SANTE as our speaker. The event is open to all animal lovers with an interest in animal welfare, in addition to those looking to network with fellow industry experts. Hosted by Pet Alliance Europe, the event takes place:

Pet Alliance Europe is coordinated by AnimalhealthEurope and FEDIAF EuropeanPetFood as we are united in our belief that pets and assistance animals have the potential to enhance the lives of all Europeans and brings many societal benefits. We refer to this as #PetPower.
At our event in September, we will be showing our support for the European Commission’s work in raising animal welfare standards for pets. We are delighted to be joined by Mitja Sedlbauer, Policy Officer at DG SANTE, who will update us on legislative developments. We will also be showcasing the work of stakeholders such as Four Paws, just one example of an association working on animal welfare with a huge impact on the lives of pets around the world.
At this unique event, you are invited to bring along your pet. Plus, there will be an opportunity to have a professional Pet Pawtrait taken by our excellent photographer.
In advance of the event, you are also invited to enter our ‘Best Buddies in the Brussels Bubble’ competition here. The winners of our two categories will receive €500 each to donate to their chosen animal-related charity.
